1. Product Overview

  We offer a full range of digital controllers specially designed for pavers, including wired single-circuit single-socket models, upgraded split-type versions and new large color screen controllers with magnetic suction cups.

  The standard wired controller features a 7-hole threaded port on the left for connecting ultrasonic skids/levelers, and a 10-hole threaded port on the right (matched with a 0.5m spiral cable) to link the side control box. Note that the 0.5m spiral cable is prone to breakage when installed remotely, so it must be mounted closely to the side control box.

  The upgraded split-type digital controller is an enhanced version of the wired model. Its right 10-pin threaded interface connects to the screed beam, and it supports 7+10 core yellow leveler cables. This model needs to be used together with ultrasonic skids, and we highly recommend this split-type design.

  The latest full-bayonet split controller is equipped with a large color screen and magnetic suction cups. It adopts bayonet connections: the left side is a 12-hole bayonet port (4+8 cores), and the right side is a 7-hole bayonet port.

  Cable length selection follows clear rules: 0.5m / 1m cables fit for levelers, while 1.5m cables are for screed beams. For Volvo pavers, the 0.5m cable is the standard recommendation.
