ABG6820C Paver Pump Distributor Gear RM80742034 Transfer Case Assembly For ABG226 Paver

This pump distributor gear and transfer case assembly is built for the hydraulic drive train of ABG226 and ABG6820C asphalt pavers. The distributor gear RM80742034 delivers oil from the pump to the travel and conveyor circuits, while the matched transfer case keeps the input and output shafts aligned under continuous paving load. Both parts are produced as a matched set, so the gear mesh, backlash and shaft fit are checked before packing.

• Matched gear and case set - distributor gear RM80742034 and transfer case are lapped together, so backlash stays within 0.05-0.15 mm after installation.
• Carburized alloy steel - 20CrMnTi blank, carburized to 0.8-1.2 mm case depth and hardened to HRC 58-62 for abrasive paving dust.
• Ground tooth profile - teeth are profile ground after heat treatment, keeping the contact pattern centred and reducing whine at working pressure.
