2040240 Auger Boom Assembly S1800 Asphalt Paver Auger System Spare Parts Steel

The 2040240 auger boom assembly is the support arm that carries the auger shaft on the S1800 asphalt paver. It holds the auger bearing seats in line and keeps the screw conveyor working at the correct height, so asphalt mix is delivered evenly across the full paving width instead of building up on one side.

The assembly is welded from structural steel with a machined mounting flange and reinforced bearing seats. Bolt holes match the original paver frame, so a worn or bent boom is replaced directly on site without welding or redrilling.

Used on S1800 pavers in new road construction, overlay paving and municipal resurfacing. Commonly replaced together with auger shafts, flight segments and bearing housings when the conveyor side of the paver is rebuilt.
