The 4622012299 is the L1230 single-axis auger stirring shaft used as the main unit shaft in the S1800 asphalt paver conveyor system. The welded auger flights move hot mix along the trough and keep the material stirred, so the asphalt reaching the screed stays uniform in temperature and gradation across the full paving width.

The shaft is machined from steel with hardened bearing journals and a splined drive end that matches the original paver coupling. Flight pitch, outside diameter and journal positions follow the original drawing, so a worn shaft is replaced directly without modifying the trough or drive.
