BF800 Asphalt Feed Shaft Assembly for Chain Conveyor
This BF800 asphalt feed shaft assembly is a direct replacement shaft and sprocket set for the chain conveyor system of BF800 class asphalt pavers. The assembly transmits drive torque from the planetary reducer to the twin conveyor chains, so it carries the full conveying load of hot aggregate mix during paving. Each shaft is machined from 42CrMo alloy steel, induction hardened and ground at the spline and bearing journals, then assembled with matched sprockets and tested on a run-in bench before packing.
